Sharing availability shouldn't be hard
Easycal was born from a simple frustration: why is it so complicated to show someone when you're free?
The problem
Scheduling tools want to own your workflow. Booking links, meeting types, platform lock-in. But sometimes you just want to say: "Here's when I'm free — reach out however works for you."
Our approach
No booking flows, no meeting links. Connect your calendars — Google, iCloud, CalDAV — and get a beautiful, live view of your availability that anyone can check without needing an account and without revealing what's on your calendar.
Privacy at the core
Whether you connect Google Calendar, iCloud, or a CalDAV server, easycal only reads free/busy information for the windows you define. Event titles, descriptions, attendees — none of that is ever stored. Your calendar is yours.
Built for simplicity
Set up once, share forever. Your easycal page stays in sync with all your connected calendars automatically. When your schedule changes, your public availability updates too — no manual work required.
No booking, by design
You won't find a "book this slot" button on easycal. That's intentional. It's about sharing when you're free so people can reach out however feels natural — a text, a call, a message. It's meant to help arrange a date, not make your close friends and partners fill out a booking form.
Looking for formal appointment scheduling? Google Calendar already has that built in.
More than a simple link
Easycal started simple, and it still is. But behind that simplicity are features that give you real control.
Group scheduling
Create named groups, add people by their easycal slug, and see a dedicated calendar that highlights every window when all members are simultaneously free. No more "when works for everyone?" messages — just open the group and pick a slot.
Groups respect each member's visibility settings. Password-protected calendars require the group owner to authenticate, and private-link calendars can't be added — privacy stays intact.

Visibility controls
Not everyone needs to see your availability. Set your profile to fully public, require a password (visitors' browsers remember it for five days), or switch to link-only mode and generate time-limited access tokens from your dashboard.
Switch between modes anytime. Your calendar page inherits your chosen theme regardless of visibility mode, so it always looks the way you designed it.
Expressive themes
Your availability page should feel like yours. Choose from 20 handcrafted themes spanning four collections — General, Enchantment, Elemental, and Seasons. Dark minimalism, enchanted gardens, blazing inferno, or sun-kissed summer — pick what speaks to you.
